Recently, in order to further improve the management and service level of Hanfeng Lake Tourist Resort, enhance the service quality of accommodation, catering and other industries, create a high-quality tourism and vacation brand, and assist Hanfeng Lake in creating a national level tourist resort, the "Hanfeng Lake Tourist Resort Tourism Practitioner Training Conference" hosted by the District Culture and Tourism Commission, District Commerce Commission, District Ecological Environment Bureau, and Hushan Investment Group, and organized by the District Tourism Association, was held in Kaizhou District.

This training focuses on practitioners in core service areas such as accommodation, catering, and reception, aiming to enhance their service skills and professional ethics through systematic and specialized courses and targeted measures. The training content covers multiple dimensions such as the classification of tourist resorts, grassroots management supervision and methods, Western restaurant table setting service skills, tourism complaint handling, the application of the "Classification and Evaluation of Tourist Hotel Stars" (GB/T14308-2023) standards, hotel front desk service skills, catering service skills (Chinese restaurant table setting), service etiquette, and hotel room service skills. Invited senior experts in the tourism industry to give lectures, adopting a composite teaching mode of "theory+practice+case analysis" to ensure that students have a deep understanding and apply what they have learned.


This training is a key measure for Kaizhou District to implement the high-quality development of Hanfeng Lake Tourist Resort. The aim of this training is to address service shortcomings, standardize industry standards, and create a safe, comfortable, and caring vacation environment for tourists, laying a solid foundation for the successful creation of a national level tourist resort.
