Juzi Honglin Wild Tea is produced in high-altitude areas such as Xuebao Mountain in Kaizhou District, Chongqing (900-1800 meters above sea level). These areas are located in high gorges, with limited sunlight and frequent clouds and mist, providing unique natural conditions for the growth of tea trees. The core production area of tea gardens is located in Xuebao Mountain, Kaizhou District, Chongqing. Tea trees grow in the wild under the forest, using fallen leaves as fertilizer, frost and snow to eliminate pests, forming forests, naturally blending, and harmoniously coexisting with flowers, grass, insects, and birds.
The production process of Juzi Honglin Xiaye tea is unique, emphasizing the combination of traditional and modern technology. After carefully selecting the picked tea leaves, a series of processes such as spreading, withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying are carried out. Among them, fermentation is a key step in the production of black tea. Juzi Honglin uses natural fermentation to gradually change the tea leaves under suitable temperature and humidity conditions, forming the unique aroma and taste of black tea.
