The Comrade Liu Bocheng Memorial Hall is located in Shengshan Park, Hanfeng Street, Kaizhou District, Chongqing. It covers an area of 60 acres and consists of a main exhibition hall and eastern and western scenic spots.

The main exhibition hall is divided into two courtyards, one inside and one outside. The inner courtyard serves as the exhibition area, with a total of six exhibition halls connected by corridors. The main exhibition hall will complete the exhibition of "Strong Party Spirit and Outstanding Contributions - Comrade Liu Bocheng's Life Achievements Exhibition" in 2022, which is divided into nine parts: "Aspire to Serve the Country, Seek Excellence and Follow the Party", "Firmly Believe in the Critical Moment, Raise the Battle Flag", "The Long March of Ten Thousand Miles, Be Wise and Skilled in Using Soldiers", "The War of Resistance Against Japan in the Taihang Mountains", "Sweeping Thousands of Armies in the Central Plains like a scroll", "Courageously Chasing the Enemies and Building the Southwest", "Jinling School Military Theory Education of Generals", "Outstanding Achievements Do Not Reside", "Dedicate Yourself to the Country", "The Style Will Forever Live in History". Through the display of a large number of precious objects and literature materials, supplemented by immersive scenes and other techniques, it vividly reproduces Marshal Liu Bocheng's glorious and great life. The eastern scenic area is a weapons display garden, showcasing 9 large retired equipment items. The Western Scenic Area is the Meritorious Pillar Square, showcasing 8 important historical nodes of Marshal Liu Bocheng's revolutionary career through columnar stone carvings.

Comrade Liu Bocheng Memorial Hall is a national patriotic education demonstration base, national defense education demonstration base, national second level museum, national AAAA level tourist attraction, national education base for caring about the next generation of party history and national history, national education base for ethnic unity and progress, national classic red tourism scenic spot, Chongqing cadre education and training on-site teaching base, Chongqing anti-corruption education demonstration base, and Chongqing study tour demonstration base.
