On July 7th, Pu Binbin, Secretary of the District Committee, and Yang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Chief, specially dispatched the creation of Hanfeng Lake National Tourist Resort. Pu Binbin and Yang Hong affirmed the progress made in the preliminary creation work. Pu Binbin pointed out that the establishment of Hanfeng Lake National Tourist Resort is a major measure to "revitalize the whole country with one child", a core brand that is both necessary and possible, a national competition that can be compared with standards and experts, a "team building feast" that everyone can participate in and share, and an important part of the modern construction of New Kaizhou with "one pole, two major areas, and three districts". We must make up our minds, strengthen our confidence, establish that success must be within our realm, and strengthen our sense of responsibility for success. With the belief that we must achieve success and the will to create, we must push forward with full speed towards key tasks, strive to achieve our goals, and ensure the success of creating the resort.

Pu Binbin emphasized the need to grasp the rules and principles, accurately grasp the relationship between "welcoming inspections and guests, being real and famous, and being current and long-term", strictly benchmark the creation standards, enrich the core of tourism vacation, strive for high scores and guarantee success in creation, focus on normalcy and performance in operation, and continuously improve the connotation of Hanfeng Lake tourism vacation core. To lock in goals, focus on key points, concentrate on creating temporal tasks, highlight key tasks such as cultivating business models, attracting main players, and marketing operations, enhance the tourism service experience around tourism elements, create scenic spots around "sightseeing and vacation, near and far, water and land, suitable for all ages", strengthen publicity and promotion around brand building, and continuously polish the tourism and vacation business card of Hanfeng Lake. We need to improve mechanisms, strengthen implementation, and persist in focusing on the overall, multi subject, integrated, and fully closed-loop aspects. We need to strengthen system planning and overall layout, fully mobilize various forces, build a "multi subject collaboration" pattern, do a good job in "tourism+" and "+tourism", promote the deep integration of "culture, sports, tourism" and "one, two, three", iterate work mechanisms, strengthen closed-loop implementation, and ensure that all work is carried out with high standards and high efficiency.

Yang Hong requested to strengthen systematic thinking and global awareness, adopt a work mode of "project list, list responsibility, and responsibility node", complete various target tasks on time and in order, and spare no effort to win the battle of creation. We should actively enter the circle and join the group, communicate and link with national, provincial and municipal tourism industry association alliances, actively integrate into the construction of the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor, promote resource sharing, route mutual promotion, and customer source mutual delivery, and form a coordinated development effect. To promote the popularity of publicity, integrate resources and actively mobilize participation, focus on creating momentum, cultivate and build the "Yiyuan Theater" cultural brand, make good use of the "Kaizhou Golden Kitchen" catering brand, carefully organize large-scale sports events, and continuously enhance the popularity and reputation of Hanfeng Lake. To stimulate the vitality of industrial development, we should focus on building a full industry chain of "food, accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment", deeply tap into market demand, increase project attraction, accelerate the filling of shortcomings and weaknesses, and play a comprehensive role in improving tourism quality, providing good tourist services, and expanding new tourism formats. We will spare no effort to win the "golden signboard" of national level tourist resorts.
